• Tracking the company‘s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
• Seeking out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company;
• Cashflow forecasting and budgeting;
• Providing insightful information and expectations to aid in long-term and short-term decision making;
• Consulting and conducting for other departments about cost-reduction opportunities;
• Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company;
• Researching and analyzing financial reports and market trends;
• Presenting financial reports to BOD, stakeholders, executives in formal meetings;
• Reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports, and ad-hoc reports;
• Completing all reports assigned by Line Manager;
• Managing 2 teams: financial analyst and financial controller; setting goals, KPIs and objectives, and designing a framework for Finance Team;
• Staying up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes;
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the finance role, and experience in F&B, Retail Industry is a plus;
• Proficient user of finance software (ERP, SAP, Oracle…);
• Understanding and adhering to financial regulations and legislation;
• Deep understanding of business principles and practices;
• Solid communication skill;
• Good interpersonal and leadership skill;
• Good data analysis;
• Superior attention to detail;
• Analytical skill, critical thinking skill, problem-solving skill.
